Tyler and Dad spend some time clearing the drive and sidewalk on a wintry evening in Boise. We went to bed Sunday night to clear, cold skies. Snow started to fall in the wee hours of the morning as Eros awoke Flossie for a trip outside, and by 8AM there were a couple of inches blanketing the landscape. I shoveled things clear, and we were off, returning to the regular week-day routine for the first time in two weeks as the snow continued to fall during the day. Arriving home, the girls hopped out, and Tyler suited up, grabbed his equipment, and began shoveling alongside me. While I was making my pile in the grass, he decided to pile up his snow in a section of the driveway, and after becoming quite comfortable in his snow wear and boots, he was shoveling snow out of the street and building up his pile. So far tonight, it is remaining cool, but temperatures are supposed to warm into the 40′s and will likely melt off our hard work shortly.
