We stopped in Beaver to use the restroom, and the gas station happened to have a tire shop. One of the techs happened to walk by and noticed the left front tire had a problem. An hour later, we were back on the road with four new tires. I had been planning on new tires this summer as we will hit 50,000 miles on the Tahoe soon, but the front tires both had the tread separate and expose the belt.

I realize the added expense of new tires (not budgeted for) but the safety issue is paramount!! I am glad you have the wisdom to fix the problem and have a safe vehicle. thanks for the safety of you all riding on new tires!!
