For Tyler, we are looking at putting him in something like a Geo Metro or equivalently neutered automobile. Whatever he can scrape together from allowances and odd jobs. I have seen him drive his Jeep, he does not need over 125HP.

Yes, the ‘ol GP was ordered to specifics. No power windows & etc. The 455 motor might’ve been nice, but even in 1970 one thought about the comparative expense in mpg with gas skyrocketing from 28.9 to 31.9 or more for premium. Seems to me the 400 had pretty good thrust; you could smoke the rear tires when it was a pup (not that I ever did). Keep in mind the gas tank got dented in the move from Cheyenne and the gas gauge reads a bit more than is actually in the tank.
